TLDR : Answer Summary
The user attempted to complete the 90-day reporting process via the provided online link but encountered issues. Other users replied with troubleshooting questions regarding prior in-person reporting, passport changes, timing for the report, and whether the individual left the country, indicating that successful reporting might depend on these factors.

Did you make a 90 day report in person already? Or did you leave the country and come back in the mean time? Do you make this report between 15 and 7 days before the due date? Do you have a new passport?
ok. thank you for your advise. I will try again in the morning but if that doesn't work, i'll go to immigration as originally planned. I was just hoping to skip a visit.
Than the database should have the correct information. You can try tomorrow again but if not work there is only one solution and that is visiting Immigration to do it there and ask why the on-line program is not working and tell them you want to use next time.
I came back on re-entry permit on August 17, 2018. I have not made the reporting in person yet. I was planning to go next week. It is not new passport.
