TLDR : Answer Summary
There is no restriction barring Chinese citizens from applying for a DTV (Digital Nomad Training Visa) to train in Muay Thai in Thailand. While some applicants may face extra scrutiny and varying experiences during the application process due to past issues with visa fraud among certain nationalities, many Chinese individuals have successfully obtained the DTV visa. It's advised to apply through an official Thai embassy, preferably in China, to ensure the documentation is properly understood and authenticated. Selecting a reputable course provider can also mitigate potential challenges.

You can but get ready for some serious scrutiny. Sometimes they reject you despite of perfect and authentic documents simply because your fellow Chinese have been doing some terrible things here abusing various types of visas. The best thing you can do is to apply in China. Other places may reject you because of distrust. No matter how good your documents are, if they simply just won't trust them simply because of the past committed frauds by so many Chinese, it's fruitless. If your documents are real, apply in China since they will find a way to authenticate. Embassies in third countries are unfamiliar with Chinese documents like bank statements and they may rather simply reject you than trying to figure out of the documents are real.

1- ( they ) refer to what ? Or who

2- whoever can apply for DTV as long as the application can meet the requirements and be in the location where the embassy he is applying in is located

3- recently there were noticed rejected cases chinese but that doesn't mean chinese can't apply DTV , because while there were rejected cases , there were approved cases too.

Good luck ka

Chinese people has no any problems with DTV soft power courses. Just make your choice more carefully about the course provider and location to apply for a visa, and most important personal documents to meet all requirements.

Chinese citizens can indeed apply for dtv. I believe you misunderstood the fact that certain nationalities (Chinese, indian, Burmese, Pakistani,Nigerian and few more) embassies tend to get a bit of extra attention from the embassies due the fact of a large numbers of scammers/illegal workers

Chinese applications made up the largest demographic in early DTV statistical reporting.

There is no blanket rule that Thai authorities don’t allow Chinese citizens to apply for the DTV. Citizens of China are eligible for the DTV as long as they meet the requirements and apply through a Thai embassy/consulate outside Thailand.

That way of asking for help is very common in China— don’t get him wrong. I know what he’s really asking for, he just needs an agent.
