ORIGINAL POSTERI applied on 11 September at the Jakarta Embassy for the Muay Thai Soft Power route. Around 17 September, I received a request for all passport pages. Around 24 or 25 September, I received a request for proof of experience and interest in Muay Thai.
Today, on 29 September, the status changed to “Pending Approval” at 10 a.m., but at 6 p.m.(embassy works till 5pm for info) it suddenly changed back to “Processing – Pending Document Check (1),” even though I didn’t upload any new documents. How and why did this happen?

It means it went from the lower person who processed your documents to the reviewer who decides. The reviewer reviewed and shot it back down to the lower staff member. Probably going to receive another document request soon

Check and see if they requested another document. That’s what happened to me.

It is not unusual. Normal for docs to be checked again before approval. The process is reset upon receipt of new docs.
