ORIGINAL POSTER
I made a post yesterday about ATMs, I thought at the time I was just being informative, but it turned out to be War and Peace and a “battle of wits” between responders, that will be my last post 🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭✌️✌️✌️

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original post about ATMs in Thailand inadvertently sparked a lengthy and contentious debate among forum participants, leading the poster to consider it their last contribution. Despite the humorous and sometimes sarcastic remarks, several commenters provided insights on the dynamics of online discussion in Thai-related groups, suggesting that while the discourse can often be toxic, valuable information can still be found. Others encouraged the poster not to be disheartened by the negative feedback and to continue sharing useful information.

They are starting to assemble in groups ready for an all-out attack. Never ever turn your back on them, and keep them at a safe distance. They cannot be trusted

I think that was the post which revealed ATMs make more money for banks on international withdrawals than what straight transfers do? To be honest, that's not exactly a revelation, but I've seen a lot more silly posts in this and other groups over the years. Just today, someone is upset because air fares are a lot more expensive today than they were ten years ago. Sometimes it's better to shake one's head, smile and keep scrolling.

I agree with your thoughts about keeping on scrolling - I have just comeback from Thailand. Yes the air fares where a bit dearer( I am not moaning or bleating about it ) Life is too short to whine all the time , I still had a good time .😄

well, I never expected to see an Admin or Moderator to recommends stalking 🤪🤣

I've used the search function within groups on a couple of occasions & found it very laborious to go through all the results, only to not find what I was looking for, even though I expected to find the answers which I thought would come up a number of times 🤷🏽‍♂️
