I can log into the site normally and open the page where the video is supposed to play, but it doesn’t play — there’s just a circle in the middle. When I click it, a message appears saying that I need to click the link and log in again to prove that I’m not a robot. But the link isn’t clickable — it looks like plain text, not a hyperlink.
I’ve already tried everything, but nothing works. Maybe someone knows what’s going on and can help?

This is the update. Yesterday I was able to login from my laptop and everything worked. I watched the videos, took the test and got my QR code. The only question I have: there were only about six questions on the test. Is that normal? I would expect more like at least 50 questions, not 6?

These are just youtube videos. Use chrome while you are logged in with a gmail account.

I think this what I had and the lady said wait as there could be lots trying to get on it, also she said if you've installed it on phone or PC delete and try again

Make a hard restart of your phone. No data is lost but it solves a lot of "funny" problem on iPhones. I recomend any iPhone/iPad-user to do this once every month !
To hard restart (force restart) an iPhone 12, quickly press and release Volume Up, then Volume Down, and finally hold the Side button (power) until the Apple logo appears. This process, which works for all 12 models, typically takes about 10 seconds and does not delete personal data.
Volume Up: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
Volume Down: Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
Side Button: Press and hold the side button (right side).
Apple Logo: Keep holding the button even when the screen goes black, until the Apple logo appears.
