What should I do if I'm having trouble with my eVisa application in Thailand?

Is anyone experiencing difficulties with eVisa applications, every time I fill in the application then save I can’t retrieve it and similarly when I go to edit it does not allow it to be edited. This has been over the last week.

I’m now looking to just enter on 60 days and talk with my local immigration in Ubon to arrange an extension or visa there by doing a border bounce as I have done previously

TLDR : Answer Summary
Users are reporting difficulties with the Thai eVisa application process, especially regarding saving and editing applications. Common challenges include system errors, trouble retrieving information, and problems with login credentials. Some users suggest switching browsers or waiting during site maintenance. Alternatives discussed involve entering Thailand on a 60-day visa and arranging extensions locally.

Yes I was having trouble logging in, as it wasn't remembering my logins. So I clicked on forgot password & a new link was sent to my email, set up new password & still wasn't working. I changed browser from Chrome to Explorer & boom in business

Yes mate the site us extremely hard to use. I just completed a non o visa, and was approved within a day. If your doing on a tablet or a phone it won't maximise the page. Click on your Visa reference number and scroll to the left. You can edit here also. It's very frustrating having to start at the beginning every time but it is possible. It did take me a couple of hours but it does work

yes done all that I have a laptop size tablet so my only thought is I need a stronger operating system as the tabs don’t open on return.

I do appreciate your input

You should see all the started applications, study the user manual walkthrough. I see there is a site maintenance blurb at this time. Wait a day to start or continue your application.
