Question to United Kingdom citizens who have already applied for a DTV visa

I’ve got an issue with the application form. When I fill in the home address, I choose United Kingdom as the country, and in the “City” section the website asks me to choose between England, Scotland, Wales, etc. — I can’t just type my city name there. So I select “England.” But then, when I finish the application form and get to the point where I’m ready to click the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button, I check the application form preview, and the “City” section is empty.

Answer summary

A UK citizen is experiencing an issue with their DTV visa application form where the 'City' section remains empty despite selecting 'England'. Commenters suggest that this may be a bug in the application form, recommend trying different browsers, clearing the cache, and suggest providing the full address manually as a workaround.

Go to your internet service and clear you cache close the browser and then restart your computer and start over. Also can toggle on or off your VPN and try both (if applicable)

Sometimes there’s a bug , sometimes the browser doesn’t work. Same with TDAC once you get the visa. Only safari would work. Yes it’s always GBR not UK.

That happened to me. There’s no way around it. I just put my full address on the line then put England and sent it through like that.

There is a bug. I redid it every time I filled in the form and it cleared, and a final check to be sure it was filled before submitting.
