Why can't I find my TM30 registration after receiving an approval notification?

So when i came back into Thailand with my DTV i registered my name as a guest of my Gf house online in the TM30 system. When i added my details i got the approved notification, however im just doing a search now and its not coming up with any data at all. 

Any idea why and if this hasn't registered me properly then what will happen. NO idea what's happened as when i did this it gave me an approved add notification

As far as I know you don't see a history of registrations on the website. I also experienced this when I tried to look up later. Just register and download the approval.

I think you first register her place and that gets approved. Then you have to go on a second time and check yourself into her house. That is what I had to do. Was a two step process the first time. Every other time we return it is just the check in process, not an approval

yes she was already registered from when i cam in march, added myself saw the approved notice ten did it again in June but when im doing the search its not showing up hence my worry haha

- Ok, so that wasn’t the issue. Not sure why it doesn’t show up. It should, as when I “check in” I don’t know when we will be leaving, so always have to log in again and “check out” of the home. Using computer? If phone, maybe it is glitching. Also try clearing cache?

each time you do a report, go back in and search for it and save the pdf. They're only available for 7 days. Just upload them to Google drive or something so you always have it available.

If for some reason you forget, just file a new one. TM30s are filed constantly. If you go stay at a hotel somewhere they file a new one for you and then you file a new one when you get back home. Just say you went on a weekend trip and filed a new one when you returned.
