Why are they asking for 2 years of tax returns for my visa application in Vietnam?

Applied online in Vietnam showing over 6k net usd in take home income for last 6 months but they are still asking for 2 years tax return..others running into this?

it is also used to check the legitimacy of your company/work.

That can be tested via way of a company registar, which shows the legitimacy more accurately. Tax returns aren't connected with your employment anyway.

Just send in your 2 years of tax returns. It’s to prove you are not laundering money.
