It’s easy, if you have payment slip by your company, in that slip you can see the tax that is given to government, highlight that and submit again

Looks like it getting more and more difficult.I was asked for 6 months pay slip and 6 months accommodation last week.

Anonymous participant 577 There does seem to be more requirements slipping in. Still think it is a wait and see though to see how it all pans out.

Seems more embassies are starting to follow KL's approval criteria now. An article in the Pattaya Mail suggested KL is the standard that all embassies are meant to follow.

Will be interesting to see if they coordinate and apply a standard.

Yes, there are some complaints about the lack of consistency with approval.

Well there was some very light requirements given. It was a rushed vida at the suggestion of the head of MFA to the last PM whose had a policy of increasing visitor spend. I doubt very much it would have been approved by the current PM. Maybe the Thai MFA are like the FCDO where Ambassadors have regional meetings where they discuss items of common interest :-)

Yep, the rush to increase visitors led to its' quick release. Will be interesting to see the updates coming soon on extensions .

The tax is a strange one as it is not tax in Thailand but at least somewhere. This aligns with CRS and Thailands ambitions to join the OECD but this cannot be a coordinated policy regarding those.

yeah it doesn’t really make sense for them to ask of this as of yet anyway. Let’s see if more are asked. I’m going to apply next week so will update

Good luck. I think things are just settling down still. The DTV was pretty much a rush job

It’s for someone who is applying under their own business, not for remote workers or soft power route I would imagine
