Then you contact the French Embassy for a letter, it does not matter where you like to go when you leave.

The Immigration stamp of Thailand is in your French passport and that is the only thing that is important.

Use the Embassy of the country of the passport you used to enter Thailand as that is the passport you use to apply for the Extension.
