We got a wife follow visa on a Non O in March 2020 in Penang.

Maybe one of the ideas is to contact Penang or Savannkeht directly. We have a report someone could get Non-O dependent on a Non-O retirement visa/extension holder from Penang early this year if I remember right. Not sure current situation. Check with them.

as you realise you can't get this inside Thailand. I'd recommend contacting the Thai embassy in Penang as I believe they issue this.Reply to
