I searched the group but couldn’t find anything. I need to do an emergency extension with a letter from the consulate. I am from USA. What do I need to bring and where can I get the letter from?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A USA citizen in Thailand seeking an emergency extension must obtain a letter from the USA Embassy in Bangkok. To get this letter, you should email the American Citizen Services (ACS) at acsbkk@state.gov with the subject "Covid-19 extension letter," and include your full name, date of birth, and passport number. After obtaining the letter, you can apply for the Extension of Stay at the nearest Immigration Office.

As you are from the USA, you get the letter from the USA Embassy in Bangkok.

You can apply for an Extension of Stay based on Embassy request at the nearest Immigration Office. As there are more then 70 offices nations wide, you have to contact the one near you to find out the requirements

Is this the COVID-19 extension of stay? Or do you need something else?
