Can I reapply for a Non-B visa at the same consulate if I didn't get my work permit on time?
If your on a non b for teaching and unexpected events happened and you couldn't get your work permit on time can you re apply for a non b at the same consulate or do you have to apply somewhere else. Mine was Vientiane
