If you have a dtv then end up getting work in Thailand then have to cancel dtv and get work permit etc and then the work fall through and go back onto dtv?
Answer summary
If you have a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) and then switch to a Non-B Visa for work in Thailand but your job falls through, you cannot revert to your previous DTV. The process involves canceling the DTV to obtain a work permit, and if the employment does not pan out, you would be left without a visa. While there might be a possibility to reapply for the DTV, the outcome is uncertain as previous holders may face challenges in getting it granted again.

When you move from a DTV to a Non-B visa to work inside Thailand you either convert the DTV to a Non-B or you cancel the DTV and apply for the Non-B. Either way the DTV is gone
