Where is better for obtaining Education Visa, in terms of least amount of problems and nice experience? Vientiane, Laos 🇱🇦 or Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam 🇻🇳 (or any others?) I’m American, with one education visa already in my passport. Going in September.

If it's over a year you're good to use Vientiane, that consulate has slowed way down since they went to the online booking and it's not the mad house it used to be.

okay IF you have an ED visa in your passport that was issued less than a full year ago you can't get a new ED visa in Vientiane.

Other than that, it totally comes down to whether you are using a visa mill school or a real school.

I'd say take the advice from who ever is giving you the paperwork to get the new ED visa.

I got my first ED visa a little over a year ago. It’s a real school, very good teacher. I will consult with them when I pay my fee tomorrow. Thank you for the advice, you can close this thread.
