If I've went to Vientiane embassy to get my Ed visa last year, is it a bad idea to go back to it 2nd time for a 2nd visa (on a new passport) or should I try ho chi Minh instead?

I been on hand 2 hand combat for two years now and got it both twice at Vientiane with no questions asked. I'm Malaysian. I applied to study Thai language this time as an Ed visa with pro language. My school didn't recommend any particular embassy.

the school must prepare the papers you give with your application. Ask again!

The fact you have a new passport will make no difference. Especially when you enter Thailand. Thai Immigration knows all your history.
