Is it difficult to get a student visa in Vientiane, Laos for Thailand?

Hi guys . I'm about to go in laos for make a students visa for Thailand . Some people tell me its really difficult  to have in Vientiane. Anyone have some recent experience to share with me ?

1st time ED visa in vietnam is easy... but it seems they wont renew it second year. I just got mine renewed for 2nd year in Singapore very easy, (have to apply online first) 👍

Thank you for your answers. Yes this is the first time i apply for this visa and i have all the paperwork from the schools and my appointments in the embassy so i hope everything fonna be ok 👌

I got my ED visa in Vientiane end of Feb without any problem. Mine is Uk passport but I don’t have much travel history to Thailand on my passport fyi. Make sure you have to make appointment online.

it is easy, you walk in at the day of your appointment, you hand over the documents, passport and fees and next working day you pick up your passport.

Hi im from france i spend 4 month in Thailand last year's extand two time and do one visa run in Myanmar. The school let me choose where i want tk do it . My first choice was hanoi in Vietnam but a friens who live here tell me its start to ve really difficult to get visa for European peoples cause of the virus
