Hello, i have a MTEV VISA , the permission of stay of my last stamp is 06 July

And the « must be used by » date is 15th June

If I exit and comeback on 12th June for example I can get a 60 days even if I already got 60dayz x3 stamps since January?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have an MTEV visa with a "must be used by" date, you can re-enter Thailand before this date and receive a new 60-day stamp, regardless of previous 60-day entries. Additionally, you may apply for a 30-day extension for each entry.

Yes. Every single time you enter Thailand until the "use by" date on your visa, you will be stamped in for 60 days. You can also apply for a 30 day extension on each entry.

India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Iran, Nepal, Togo, Nigeria and Uganda citizens cannot extend a tourist visa for 30 days. On application they will be denied and given a 7 days to leave stamp.

I have no idea if their embassies or consulates even issue METVs.
