Hi helpful people! I tried using the search box but got overloaded a bit with info.
I'm currently in Myanmar ๐ฒ๐ฒ wanting to get a 60-day tourist visa. Any idea on where the Thai-consulates are in Myanmar? Also, if anyone knows how long it takes to get one on avg & how much it costs, that would be a great help too. Thank you!!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The only Thai consulate in Myanmar is located in Yangon. For a 60-day tourist visa, the fee is 40 US dollars, with only US bills accepted (ensure they are newer notes). The application process involves submitting your paperwork one morning and collecting your visa the following afternoon during designated collection hours. It's advisable to arrive slightly early as the consulate operates with short queues and the staff is generally helpful.
now knows where the Thai Embassy is in Yangon, Myanmar. Thanks ALL for your helpful posts. Safe travels, Good Luck and I close commenting.

Very easy to deal with consulate, with short queues and rather helpful staff. No need to show up early, as long as you get there during their morning hours you'll be fine. Visa collection is between 1:30 and 3 PM the following day.
