TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about where to find schedules for repatriation flights in November, expressing doubt about existing commercial bookings. The comments suggest that there are no typical flight schedules available; instead, travelers should contact their local Thai Embassy for information regarding flights and necessary procedures for repatriation. They observe that options may be limited, and it's important to be aware of potential wait lists and changing entry requirements.

You only have two options. One is contact your Thai Embassy who will give you the requirements list as well as possible flights. Remember numbers of repatriation/foreigner passengers are limited so there may be a "wait list". The second option is kick back for six months and take a look at how things are panning out early next year, when entry requirements may well have relaxed or even been stopped.

my (Thai)wife and I have pretty much resigned ourselves to punting the whole process this year but it’s hard to give up the trip after 20 straight years of Thailand in the winter.....thanks for your input.

Your local Thai Embassy is the best place to ask but I doubt they'd have scheduled November's flights yet

There are not "schedules" like normal. You apply via the embassy in your country and they'll tell you if and when and how much ...

Ok I can help you but you need to be a bit more specific.

Flying from where?

Are you married to a Thai lady or the father of a Thai national?

Do you meet COE specifications?
