You only have two options. One is contact your Thai Embassy who will give you the requirements list as well as possible flights. Remember numbers of repatriation/foreigner passengers are limited so there may be a "wait list". The second option is kick back for six months and take a look at how things are panning out early next year, when entry requirements may well have relaxed or even been stopped.

my (Thai)wife and I have pretty much resigned ourselves to punting the whole process this year but it’s hard to give up the trip after 20 straight years of Thailand in the winter.....thanks for your input.Reply to

There are not "schedules" like normal. You apply via the embassy in your country and they'll tell you if and when and how much ...
