I don't know specific situations but flights doesn't mean entry. I keep seeing people booking holidays for September will little or zero chance of being to be able to return by then.

I just repatriated my self with my own money with klm, that’s one alternative option for you.. 😉
this is true. And anything is possible. But complicated. And quarantine on arrival. And many boxes to tick to get in. I would aim for Thailand next year at earliest if coming from outside
