You can still fly in if you want to. Just have to quarantine for 2 weeks or do Phuket sandbox and quarantine back in uk .

It cannot if they follow their own guidelines! 70% of locals must be vaccinated and travellers must also be vaccinated! At the present time the numbers are around 40%…have another try 2022!
