Test and go is only by flight entry to Thailand. You would be on the 10 day quarantine.

Land borders are currently closed. No entry by car is allowed. You would have to fly in.

True. I live right on the Thai-Malaysian border myself and since 18 March last year, there is no crossing anymore. All immigration offices are closed too.Activity
