Does anyone know by when the first entry into the country must take place after the dtv visa is issued? Is it 90 days or does it not matter?

If it's already approved it doesn't matter, although depending on the purpose, you MIGHT be questioned, like, let's say you applied for a six month course starting in January but your first entry is July.
