A very basic question to many but one I don't know the answer to. I am on a non-immigrant O-A visa with multi entry. I have been to Malaysia during my first 90 days in Thailand so does that mean I do my 90 day reporting 90 days from the date I came back from Malaysia and not 90 days from when I first arrived in Thailand. Thanking you for your help in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a Non-Immigrant O-A visa with multiple entries, your 90-day reporting is calculated from your latest re-entry into Thailand, not from your original arrival date. Therefore, you should report 90 days from the date you returned from Malaysia.
