TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, holding a 12-month Non-O multi-entry visa, asked whether they would be stamped for 90 days upon returning to Thailand on October 28, after leaving on October 3. The response confirmed that they would receive a full 90-day stamp, valid until January 25.

Yes, every time you enter on a valid (as of entering date) multiple entry Non-O visa, you will be stamped for the whole 90 days.

90 days from Oct 28 would be Jan 25, btw.

John Robert. correct. March 15 is the last day for you to be stamped into Thailand for 90 days with your current visa.

Please make your own post next time.

John Robert, the day on a visa itself as 'valid until' or 'must be used by' is the last day you can enter using that visa and get the entry stamp with the whole length of stay.
