TLDR : Answer Summary
The fine for filing a late 90-day report in Thailand is 2,000 THB, applicable if the report is submitted more than 7 days past the due date. It is important to find the appropriate office for filing the report, especially considering long queues.

Dany Gombert. They're not going to let covid stand in the way of a 2000 baht fine! If you're in Bangkok you can do it by mail, although you've left it too late this time
