Good morning ,

Is it correct that I have a 7 days window

To comply with the 90 day report for example

Due reporting 30.07.23 I still will not be fined if

I see immigration on the 04.08.23?

Cheers

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you have a 7-day window to comply with the 90-day reporting requirement in Thailand. Specifically, reports can be made within the 15 days before or after the 90-day period expires. Therefore, if your reporting date was 30.07.23, visiting immigration on 04.08.23 is acceptable and you will not incur a fine, provided you go in person.
