TLDR : Answer Summary
The user arrived in Phuket on September 29 and is asking if they can fly to Bangkok on October 9 after a 10-day stay, as their hotel has informed them of this requirement. Community members confirm that with the proper paperwork from the hotel certifying completion of quarantine, the user can fly. They also discuss potential issues with hotel refunds, emphasizing checking with the hotel directly for specifics.

I guess it depends on your hotel what they want to do. In my knowledge there is no official order from government to shorten the time in quarantine or SHA+, so it's up to the owner what he is willing to do. Looks like some give refund, some don't.

As others mentioned before... you'll get a kind of "certificate" from your hotel. If you have this paper you won't have any problem to travel. Ask them about the exact date and time for check out. 10 (full) days means normally 11 nights, so you should be okay to leave on 10th. It depends on how the count the 29th... as day 1 or day 0.
