TLDR : Answer Summary
After completing the 7-day Phuket Sandbox quarantine and receiving two negative PCR test results, to fly from Phuket to Bangkok, you generally need your plane ticket, passport, and vaccination certificates. Additionally, it may be necessary to have documentation from your hotel confirming that you've completed the Sandbox requirements.

You may also require a the document from your hotel saying you are released.

If you ask them they should give you one. Mine give me mine yesterday.

I traveled 10 days ago and Bangkok airways just asked for my vaccination certificates

You should have had paperwork from hotel saying you have completed Sandbox (at least in October) they asked for it when i left by road.

Please re-read the poster's question.

" I now wish to travel back to Bangkok by plane. "

There is no requirements to enter Bangkok by air domestically
