TLDR : Answer Summary
You can generally apply for an extension of your visa 30 to 45 days before it expires, depending on the office you are dealing with. Confirm the specific timeline with your local immigration office.
James Miller - I have read of guys processing an Extension of Stay at the end of the first year of the O-A instead of just doing a border bounce. One can go straight to an Extension of Stay at the of the first year or wait until the end of the second year without getting an O Visa.
Sorry I started From Italy with visa non O-A (3 months). After 45 days, in immigration I made extension for 1 year. For retired people. That visa still 29.10.19 now I want to know when I can do new visa extension. 10 days before 20 days before 1 month before
you say "made an extension for one year" was that your second year of the O-A or did you go to Thai Immigration and apply for the O and Extension of Stay ?
