TLDR : Answer Summary
You cannot apply for a 30-day extension on a Non-Immigrant O visa; this extension is only available for tourist visas. However, you can apply for a 60-day family visit extension if you have a close Thai family member with you and they accompany you to immigration. Alternatively, you can switch your Non-Immigrant O visa to a 1-year extended stay permit if you meet the financial requirements, but you need to have your marriage recognized within Thailand for any family-related extensions.

you cannot get a 30-days extension on top of the 90-days stay permit out of a 90-days Non-Imm-O family visa". you can switch it into a "1-year extendended stay permit" by fulfilling the financial requirements. Your only other alternative is to get a "60-days family visit extension" on top of these 90-days stay permit. For this your marriage must be acknowledged inside Thailand, as Immigration will want to see proof of that

There is no 30 day extension on a non-o visa you can extend for a year if you meet the financial requirements of possibly a 60 day extension for visiting Thai family

Ken what is the benefit of the Thai family visa as apposed the either a 60 day on arrival + 30 day extension ? Maybe look at another visa option with less requirements that restrict you. Just a thought 🤔

I can do 90 days without an extension. Leave the country and come back in on a 60 day. Entry stamp? And I won't have to get an extension for a 60 day. I need about a 155 days. I also would like to get my 2nd 5 year Driver's license and I don't know if that I can renew for another 5 years without having some type of long stay Visa.

the licence you can do once you have it you have it. Just check the logistics of both stay options which ever is easiest. stress less mate

Sorry, but Embassy is wrong and Brandon is right. How weird it may seem to you.

This is from embassy I just need to know when can I apply for 30 extension is there a time limit in days or anytime after I arrive.

@Ken ******
this "embassy information" is COMPLETELY WRONG. Refer to what I wrote in my other comment.

NEVER listen to what an embassy says about visa issues inside Thailand and NEVER listen to what an immigration officer tells you about visas from an embassy. They are 2 completely different government agencies that know nothing about each other, don't communicate with each other, and have vastly different policies.

Doesn't matter what the Embassy says. Thai Immigration is completely separate and their rules apply in country.

You may be able to apply for the 60 day "visiting Thai family" extension if you have a close Thai family member and they go to immigration with you.

No. A 30-day extension is a tourist extension, and it's only available if you have a tourist entry (visa exempt or tourist visa).
