TLDR : Answer Summary
Filipinos looking to work in blue collar jobs such as nanny or waitress in Thailand can apply for a NON-B visa after securing employment. The employer must provide necessary documents to sponsor the visa application. Additionally, a work permit is necessary and is sponsored by a specific employer, meaning one cannot apply for a generic work visa to do any job. For individuals married to Thais, obtaining a work permit can also be done under a Non-O marriage visa.

No, a Non-O marriage allows you to work I.e. get a work permit

Non-B not required but most employers try to insist on it so they control your Visa status

Get the required documentation from your employer and get your WP from the Ministry as you would with a Non-B

thanks but I just wanna know visa types for blue collar workers who won't marry to Thai nationalities

It's a non-B visa. You must find a job first and your employer will send you documents that you use to apply. You cannot just get a work visa and do any work you want. A work visa and work permit are sponsored by a specific employer and you need all that settled before you can apply for the visa.
