Hi. Sorry if I look in a rush. I need some helpful answers about WP3, please hear me out. I am willing to work at Thailand, to be more specific, in Chonburi province. I have been there with tourist visa for the first time and stayed 60 days as they permitted. Now I am back in my country and would like to apply Work Visa (also called WP3 Form) which should be applied by my boss. The problem is that when my boss applied that WP3 form with complete documents, it got rejected because the applicant (me) does not have work experience yet. Is this information reliable? Another reason is the company has not offered or recruited this position to Thailand people before. My position is like Translator. How can this position be carried out by Thailand person himself. I am stuck in the middle of that WP3 form because without that, I cannot apply Non-Immigrant-B Visa to work and stay in Thailand. Could you please hear me out and give me advice as far as you can see? If anything you would like to recommend about my case deals with WP3 form, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you very much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on applying for a WP3 form necessary for obtaining a Non-Immigrant B visa to work in Thailand, specifically in Chonburi province. The user's application was rejected due to a lack of work experience and because the employer did not offer the position to Thai nationals first. The responses indicate that the WP3 form is part of the process for securing a work permit, and emphasize the importance of the employer's role in the application.

Unfortunately this is between your employer and the Ministry of Labour and it's NOT all that thai visa related. Sorry

there is NO such thing as a work visa. You are wanting to apply for a Non-Immigrant Type B <- (the B means business) visa using documentation from your employer <- ONE of the documents required is a WP3 that is a receipt that your employer has applied for a work permit for you
