TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a work visa in Thailand, you first need to secure a job. Once you have employment, your employer will apply for a work permit on your behalf. You will need this work permit along with other documentation from your employer to apply for a NON-B work visa. Note that there are challenges in obtaining a visa, and considering a regular visa extension or exploring online resources for job opportunities, such as Ajarn.com for teaching positions, may also be beneficial.

There are many teaching jobs on Ajarn.com.

You have to find a job first. Then your work place will apply for a work permit and you use this work permit along with other documents from your work to apply for non-B work visa.
