Hello, I want to get a Thailand Non-B (Work) Visa for long-term stay.
Can anyone help me with the process?
Summary so far
The post seeks help with the process of obtaining a Thailand Non-B Visa for long-term stay. The responses highlight the requirement of having a job offer or being sponsored by a Thai company to obtain a Non-B Visa, which is classified as a business visa rather than a work visa. Several users mention the need for a Work Permit to legally work in Thailand, emphasizing that merely having a Non-B Visa does not permit one to work. Suggestions for alternative routes, such as self-sponsoring by setting up a company, are also discussed, alongside recommendations for consulting professional legal assistance for visa and immigration matters.

Hi! We'd be happy to help. Our law firm in Thailand assists foreigners with Non-B visas, work permits, company setup, visa and immigration matters, and other long-term stay solutions.
Feel free to send me a private message with your situation, and we'll be happy to review your options and guide you through the process.
Since you don’t have a job you will need to sponsor yourself. So talk to a lawyer and start your company. Then hire your required employees and pay them. Then you get your visa. Simple.
Are you working for a Thai company now or are you freelancing for the company? They should provide you the paperwork for you to get your work visa and permit done or they get it done for you.
KungfuPanda9696 correct... There is one exception for non Thai company representative offices, where effectively you can get a work permit for one person, no 4 X Thai employees etc.. But the financials that need to be remitted into Thailand every year are quite high..
So not really practical unless you are a legitimate overseas company and are prepared to do the required remittances every year
