TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking assistance for a work visa in Thailand after initially being sponsored for a non-B 3-month visa. Their company is unable to provide a work permit necessary for employment, which leaves the user in difficulty regarding their visa status. Comments emphasize the importance of having a work permit to legally work in Thailand and suggest finding another employer if the current one cannot assist.

So your employer does not want to get your work permit, that is awful.

then they lied to you and don't want to hire you. Leave now and do not work illegally for them.

You need the work permit to carry out any work in Thailand. The non b ( 90 day) you currently have does not allow you to work, just allows you to obtain a work permit that, in turn, allows you to work.

Even with the initial non b, you shouldn't be carrying out any work until the Work Permit is in place.

If your company is unable to furnish a Work Permit then you're done. You'll need to find another employer.

maybe you can help me with this: If I have a non B and entry in the Thailand. Can I go to another country and come back to Thai? The situation is: I'm in Indonesia, the plans would be go to Thai in June start organize the new house in 5 days, after 5 days go to my home country and come back to start the new job.

But it says non B is single entry, right?

Can I entry as tourist and when come back say "now is non-b or it doesn't work.?

I'm quite lost here..
