TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers flying to Thailand for a month generally do not require a specific set of vaccines, especially if they are healthy and have their routine vaccinations up-to-date. Common recommendations from the community include keeping tetanus vaccinations current, considering the flu vaccine if not already received this year, and possibly getting Dukoral for travelers' diarrhea. Dengue fever is a concern, though there is a vaccine, it is typically recommended only after a previous dengue infection. Most comments emphasize practicing good personal hygiene and mosquito protection to avoid illness.

If you can survive in the UK without vaccines, you don’t need anything in Thailand

Not dengue fever. You can’t get that one until you’ve had dengue once. Get a flu shot, a Covid shot, DPT and a Japanese encephalitis shot. Stay away from monkeys and dogs once you get here and you won’t need the rabies shots.

The best thing you can do is to keep mosquitos off of you while you're here. Dengue fever is pretty horrible. There is no vaccine for it either. My husband and I have both had it once. But we've lived here for 8 years now.

there's 2 vaccines for it, but they are not recommended until after you've already had dengue once

Just what you'd have at home. Like checking your tetanus is up to date.

For a month, you don't really need to worry about it. Most of the vaccines that might be recommended are generally only recommended if you'll be spending significant time in SE Asia or if you'll be doing some very specific activities.

If you are from a few select countries in Africa, there is a required Yellow Fever vaccine, but that likely doesn't apply to you.

So in my opinion you're fine. The only thing I might recommend is the flu vaccine if you haven't gotten it this year. I know 3 friends in Bangkok who had the flu last week, including one who went to the hospital. But I'd just follow your doctor's normal advice for flu vaccines and vaccines in general.
