If she holds a passport from india she follows this to get a visa from the thai consulate in Sweden.

IF she wants to stay here for a month she would need to apply for a single entry tourist visa from a thai consulate in india before she comes here.

Otherwise all she can do is get a 15 day visa-on-arrival and it will cost 2000baht
