What should my friend do if her DTV Visa application is pending and she has a scheduled flight to Thailand?

My friend applied for a dtv Visa, all the paper work is legit. She is from Kasachstan and she applied in Kasachstan.

It’s the second time they ask for more documents. This time they are asking for Social Media profile and Google Maps of the company she is working for. Since the company has neither of both, I am afraid that she will be denied the visa.

Now my question is, since she got her plane ticket already scheduled for next week, if it is smarter to either, first enter with a tourist visa and get denied while she is being already in Thailand or get a denied visa before hand and then entering Thailand.

Since it seems like the immigration is so tough at the moment, I am afraid that she will be deported at the border if she has a denied visa.

This year she only entered Thailand once before. So it will be her second entry.

What are your opinions on that?
