I've already submitted the course enrollment(pic 1) for the application of DTV.
They're still requesting me to provide the cover letter from the university address.
Does anyone know what cover letter they're referring to?
Should I submit the same enrollment letter again?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the cover letter needed for a DTV application after already submitting an enrollment document. Comments suggest that the cover letter should be written by the applicant and addressed to the Thai Embassy, briefly introducing themselves and their purpose for going to Thailand. Additionally, there are mentions of needing a cover letter from the institution addressing the specific embassy, and a warning that the application could be denied if not submitted properly.
Submit the full application and documentation from university, your DTV application maybe denied since it’s likely a education visa would be appropriate?

I concur with others, get it addressed to the specific consulate.

.Not sure where you're applying from, but when I applied for any thai visa in Singapore, I had to get the school to edit the letter to say "To: Royal Embassy Singapore" so that letter can only be used for the specific embassy purpose and not other places

They're asking for a cover letter written by you and addressed (I think address is a typo) to the Thai Embassy. In the letter you should briefly introduce yourself and tell why do you want to go to Thailand and what do you intend to do.
- Usually it is, but everything else in the sentence implies they want something from the school. However, you are correct, it is not clearly written. I also think the bigger issue is that this is for Thai language courses.

On a side note, I thought DTV wasn't granted on an educational basis.
- He blurred out the topic in the letter, but the stamp in the bottom left states "Center for Thai as a Foreign Language" - so I am going to assume he plans to study Thai language.
