TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is seeking assistance in obtaining a sample acceptance letter from a Muay Thai gym for a DTV visa application. They have a yearly membership but the camp is unable to provide the required documentation. Commenters suggest that the letter should state acceptance into a training program, must be signed by the owner, and may require additional documentation such as business registration. It's also noted that not all gyms are qualified to sponsor such visas.

The gym needs to be registered with Thai Sports Authority

Hi there, I think it is about "Letter of acceptance from institute or company organizing activities" - I mean you may ask them to write letter like they accept you to learn Muay Thai- from and to - sth like that and sign with company seal or hand written of owner.

just change the logo / some pattern into Muay Thai Campus + signature of the owner with jurisdiction number from DBD - AND IT WOULD BE NICE, IF YOU STATE CLEARLY FIRST

OK. You should directly ask in First sentence, hold on, let me find in internet

You should ask your school to contact another Muay Thai gym in the area to advise/assist them and provide local specific help. You will need more than just a letter. You will need business registration documents etc.

I paid 40k Baht for a full year lessons but if I ask them to generate the letter they will charge me additionally as they never did this letter yet. That's why I prefer to copy paste edit text , print it myself and give them to sign. The business registration will be easy to copy from them.

be careful, some embassies check with the Schools. Also the school has to be officially registered as Muay Thai school.

All the Muay Thai schools provide the documents for the visa, either Ed Visa or DTV so...

so you've paid that much already (without a visa allowing you to stay that length and use this service 🤔). Well then even if they charge you to produce some documents, it should be a fraction of what you've already paid and you will have the correct paperwork.

They likely need the DBD documents. (They will know what this is) On a side note, they may or may not be properly registered.
