TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among commenters is that if you own your own business and are applying for a DTV visa, you will likely need to write your own job letter or contract. It's important to provide supporting documents like your business registration, tax returns, and potentially a cover letter indicating that you do not have Thai clients. Many users have shared their experiences writing their own letters as part of their visa applications, and having clear documentation that connects you personally to your business is essential.
Who else is going to write the letter? I tried under the remote worker category, and I was denied, I own my own business and do everything online, I provided every document I could possibly think of, they even called me and told me what documents to give them at the embassy, I followed all the instructions, Wrote my own letter stating I was allowed to/work remotely, which is what I’ve always done, anyway it was declined, then they called me and said why don’t you apply under the soft power activities category, I said what a great idea, thank them very much for calling me, applied that very dayunder soft power activities, got a letter on letterhead from my Dentist that she also signed, I was approved the next day, my wife was also approved the next day after that

Yep. That's what I had to do. It's easy though.

has anyone had to log into their online banking to show the agents processing the visa?
Would you mind please sharing it with me as well? I just sent you a friend request, which will facilitate sending me the text by Messenger. (you can ignore friend request, or I will 'unfriend' you after I get the message) -- thanks!
Actually, yes…. I’m in similar situation…but I didn’t apply yet.but I red a post of a guy who did it and it worked well.

Thats exactly what I did.. A letter explaining its my company and I never had a formal contract, but London is apparently a bit lenient and it was early in the process.

Im wondering the same. And about to apply
I’m a freelancer but send invoices through a LTD. I have a verification letter of employment from the company I work with including the name of my LTD. The invoices have my name on it also. I have certificates of incorporation ect.
However I could change it and the verification letter could have just my name in it but I bill them through my Ltd which I also use for my e commerce website and some other things.
What would be best to do?

Thais appreciate documentation even if its seems self serving or even written for and about one self.

Not really. You need business registration from your city/state, tax return showing income schedule for that business, etc. Coverletter should say "no Thai clients" if that is possible. Tax bills, etc.
If stuff is in the business name, include paperwork that shows you own that business. Everything must lead back to you personally.
