TLDR : Answer Summary
To stay in Thailand for more than 3 months, you should consider applying for a Non-Immigrant visa, which allows an initial stay of 90 days that can potentially be extended. Qualifying for this visa should be based on work, marriage, retirement, or other specific conditions. Additionally, ensure to check if there are any tax fees involved beyond the visa fee.

Ae San Dar. You will need documentation from the school/organization where you are going to work/volunteer then you can apply for a non imm B or O visa and work permit. As far as I know applying for the visa has nothing to do with taxes.
To be honest, i am going to volunteer in Thai school to teach English. And our country has consulate or Thai embassy but we are afraid to mention that we are teacher coz of taxs.
