Ok I have dual citizenship. What steps do I need to do for my wife (American) and my three kids (Thai/American) so we can move to Thailand?
Answer summary
To move to Thailand with your American wife and Thai-American kids, you should first obtain Thai passports for your children. If you were married in the U.S., have your marriage certificate apostilled and approved by the Thai consulate prior to traveling. Your wife should apply for a 90-day Non-O visa based on marriage before traveling. Once in Thailand, you can extend this visa to a marriage visa for longer-term residency. Additionally, you may consider starting the citizenship application for your wife if you've been married for more than a year.

I would get a marriage visa for 90 days and then extend for 1 year when you're in Thailand. I just made my 5th extension. You don't need to show any income or savings. They have never asked my husband what he does for work even. They will assume you make enough to support your family. It's a very easy process.

Adding to this, since your wife is the foreigner here, you should try to prepare a citizenship application if you have been married for more than a year.

For foreign women married to Thai men it's pretty straight forward. All the financial requirements are on the man.

Worth checking out and getting a application in asap, since the time it takes will be quite extensive.

Get your kids thai passports before travelling if you can.

If you were married in the US get your marriage certificate apostilled and approved by the Thai consulate in the US before travelling. Get your wife a 90 day Non-O visa based on marriage before travelling

Do as Graham suggest, and as married to a Thai male she don’t have to prove anything regarding finances.

Apply for a marriage a visa and renew it like a schmuck every year... don't forget your hand drawn map and the immigration police coming and taking pictures of you and your wife in your bedroom....

Otherwise all peaches and cream

The original post was with the guy who has Thai citizenship and an american wife so none of that applies to him

All of it applies to him/his spouse/them except the wife doesn't need 400k in the bank for 2 months or show minimum 40k/month income.

The immigration process is the same, with local variations at their discretion.

Gordon Workfb okay, maybe this will reach everybody. He is Thai so all that is not required of him. That is only required.

If you are foreigners with a Thai wife

Not sure what you mean.... if the husband is Thai and the wife is "farang", there's no economic requirement (400k/40k). Otherwise, all other requirements remain the same.

WTF is correct.

But Immigration will want photos around the house, including the bedroom, fully clothed of course.

And if they come visit they will want to see that it matches the photos.

They will take some photos themselves during this visit.

It's honestly awkward AF.

อามานด้า มะลิ still ridiculous... especially if you have children with your thai spouse.... but they don't give a crap. You have no rights as a farang parent basically

Marianne Holmen I think it depends on which branch. They did a home visit the first year and they didn't even come inside our house. Just talked to our two witnesses. It took about 10 min and they said come back and collect your visa

Do your kids have Thai passports already ?

If so apply for a Non O 90 day visa for your wife then a marriage visa when in Thailand

Denny Moore The 90-day Non-O is the marriage visa. The subsequent one-year extension in Thailand is permission to stay, technically not a visa. The visa itself is used when immigration grants the initial 90-day entry stamp.
