Hi. I have a Non-O visa and applied for the one year extension based on marriage in Udon Thani. I gave all the required documents. Later an IO came out to have a look around and meet a neighbour who vouched for us. All went well and I have the under consideration stamp for March 3rd, 2022. I will go back to the Udon Immigration on March 3rd. Is there anything I need to bring other than my Cdñ Passport? Thank you!

In similar circumstances, I would take my Thai wife with me even if I was a fluent Thai speaker. 🤔

okay on the return for a year marriage extension from an under consideration stamp there is NO requirement that the thai wife go

AND

I have found 100% that IF a foreigner will tell his thai wife to let the immigration officers know that it's the husbands extension and to talk to him directly, NOT have them talk to your wife and talk to you THRU her, that it will go far better.
