Everything is slowly falling into place. I plan to book a hotel for the first few weeks and then look for a suitable condo. Last time, I stayed at Kian Haad, near Market Village. I think there are better options. So any hotel advice would be welcome.
However, I still have a few questions.
*Is this address acceptable for returning the embassy affidavit?
*Is a hotel's TM30 sufficient for applying for a bank account and renewing my Non-O?
Thanks for your advice.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing for relocation to Hua Hin and seeks advice on hotel options and immigration-related documentation. They specifically ask if a hotel's TM30 is sufficient for applying for a bank account and renewing their Non-O visa, and whether their address can be used for returning an embassy affidavit. Responses indicate that while a hotel address is generally acceptable for certain applications, a residence certificate from Immigration might be necessary for opening a bank account.
