How early can I obtain a re-entry permit for my Non-O retirement visa before traveling?
Hi guys just need some advice please I have a non -o retirement visa single entry and need to go back to original country for some business my question is how early can I get my re-entry permit so I don't have to go through all the b/s of getting a new visa will only be away for maybe 7-10 days

If you have already received the non o visa for one year, then you need to the re entry visa apply before leaving the US.
