I’ve just had the document reccomend below translated and it says it’s for people staying in Thailand.
Has anyone managed to get a police check because they are leaving Thailand?

Has anyone got a police check certificate while on a non-o (dependant of a foreigner) recently?
I attempted today and was refused as I don’t have a work permit. I was told to get a letter from immigration but they couldn’t tell me what the name of the letter is, what to ask for or what division to get it from.....
Any advice before I go into immigration blind 🤷🏻♀️
